At The Guild's 30th Anniversary celebration and Awards event in London on June 16, 2023, Bensons Estate Agents, a member of The Guild of Property Professionals, was presented with the Gold Award for the Northern Ireland Region.
Kris McLean, The Guild's managing director, expressed his enthusiasm for the occasion and lauded the network's great agents. The Guild has evolved over the past 30 years from a concept to the largest independent estate agency network in the UK and a well-known supplier in the property industry. According to McLean, the hardworking Guild Members who prioritise excellent customer service and professionalism are the reason for their success.
During the awards event, the Guild had the chance to thank its members for their efforts and accomplishments over the previous year. Despite the difficulties, several of the network's agents produced exceptional outcomes and provided clients with excellent customer care as they moved homes. In recognition of the great work that Guild Members had done over the previous year, The Guild presented 43 Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Special Awards with The Sunday Times' help.
Coleraine-based Bensons Estate Agents, who won the Gold medal for the Northern Ireland Region, were delighted with their achievement. Dan Henry, the director of Bensons, expressed his company's joy and thanks for the honour. He emphasised that the award stands for their dedication to the highest performance standards in the property industry and is the conclusion of their year's worth of work. As members of The Guild, they have access to a nationwide network of nearly 800 carefully chosen independent estate agents in the UK, allowing them to sell their properties to a larger audience and provide their clients with a competitive advantage.
